Sludge Buildup
A friend of mine worked at a gas station and one of
her jobs was to make the morning coffee. Being new, she hadn’t been
informed on the proceedure for making the boss’s coffee.
When she went into the kitchen to start the coffee, she noticed that
the boss’s cup was disgusting. It had at least an inch of coffee sludge
in the cup. She gave it a wash and made everyone their drink. After
giving the boss his coffee and starting on one of her daily chores,
her boss started screaming at her about the coffee and his cup.
It seems the standard procedure for the coffee was to 1: put a teaspoon
of coffee and a teaspoon of sugar in the cup add the water and DO NOT
STIR, and 2: NEVER, NEVER, NEVER wash the cup just add the next spoon of coffee
on top of the old sludge.
It was totally disgusting but he was the boss and thats the way he liked
it.
95% Chance
I have a supervisor that is known for being cold and blunt, but is
essentially a fun person who has employees’ backs.
Many colleagues have been pissed at her for her blunt, rude remarks,
but I’ve taken her condescending jabs as jokes.
Recently, my mother-in-law had surgery and was confirmed to have
cancer. The positive side is that it was early on-set and the doctor
was positive with the results, although she would still need chemo.
This supervisor asked me about my mom-in-law’s surgery, I was
assuming that she genuinely cared. I replied that it was confirmed
cancer, but that the outlook is good. My supervisor’s response was to
(coldly) provide me with the stats and probability of my
mother-in-law’s death, which was about 95%! Thanks, bitch, I’ll be
sure to spread this joy not only to my mom-in-law, but to my kids,
advising them that super-bitch states Gramma has about a 5% chance.
Sidenote – mom-in-law should be fine!

My boss who personifies evil on a daily basis is a vicious creature.
She has had over 100 complaints about rudeness and behavior in the
last 21 months that i have worked at this employer. She came into
work after a long weekend raving about how much fun she had at her
20th high school reunion. She said she ignited an old flame. She
proceeded to tell me and my other co worker that she willingly had sex
on Saturday night with not 1 but 5 guys she graduated high school
with. She actually thought that we would view this as normal
behavior. Not only did I try not to vomit after hearing this, she
expected positive reinforcement from us about her behavior. Given
the current economic state, I have to bite my tongue for fear of
losing my job.
A month or so passed and my co-worker and I had pretty
much forgot about the graphic image of our boss having a train ran on
her, when sure enough, she came in the office on a rampage because
she has an STD. Again, trying not to vomit my brains out she proceeds
to give my co-worker and i graphic details of her ailment. She then
says and I quote, “CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS HAPPENED TO ME??! I’ve never
put myself in a bad situation!” My co-worker and i looked at her in
disbelief.
