I have no idea even after looking it up if it is a big deal or not. It seems like it would be abnormal for somebody to to scream obscenities on a golf course though. But it doesn't feel like this was the first time there was belittling behavior to be chased down like that. Sure he didn't have a great attitude( who could blame him?) but it's not just women who are "get" to object to abusive behavior in the work place. This guy made the right call. I think both employee and employer were as bad as each other on this one.
